The firm standard legal rates are as follows:

 

• Real Estate Closing: $700* including Condo, Co-op Sales, 1-4 Family Purchases, Sales and Refinance

• Commercial Real Estate Contracts & Closings: $250 PER HOUR

• Deed Transfers: $700** including prep, notary and recording charges

• Commercial Refinance: $1000+

• Residential Lease Preparation/Review: $650+

• Commercial Lease Preparation/Review: $150 PER HOUR

• 1031 Exchange: $1000+

• Business Registration $450+

• Business Formation $150 PER HOUR

• Partnership Agreement: $500+
